New therapeutic beds for children
During the implementing of this projects, we - as the SSK - had the privilege to got lots of support from our friends, voluntaries, donors and partners.
We cherish that encouragement and support, which enables us to make a difference in someone’s life.

Thanks to our brilliant friends and colleagues we were able to buy new therapeutic beds and a mobile therapeutic bathtub for the Palliative Unit in the Children's New Clinic.
Special thanks to Katie Davies and Irakli Sharangia and their Georgian and foreign friends, who made it possible. Without you we would not have been able to help in that enormity.

Auma Obama Youth Awards
At the beginning of November, 22-year-old German Delia Jakubek was invited by the jury of the Act Now Youth Awards, organized by the Sauti Kuu Foundation of Auma Obama, to attend the annual grand gala, which boasted nearly 2,000 attendees. Delia had been nominated by ASB Bonn/ Rhein-Sieg/ Eifel in the Inspiration category of the Awards for her outstanding work with disabled children in Georgia.
As parents we should be able to master simple techniques that can prevent unnecessary distress and pain for our child, or any other child in our care, and in the end techniques that in the case of an accident might even save a life.

As an upcoming event the SSK will offer a new initiative called 'First aid for children’. First of all the course is designed for parents and  babysitters.
